Realizing Value from Investments and Projects Cohort Program

Organizations are under intense pressure to change the way they do business to lower costs, deliver more and exploit new means of communication and technology.  The potential is incredible.  Yet balanced against this is the sober reality that many projects fail to deliver their promised benefits.  This is because, while we have become adept at focusing on project management, we fail to focus on the value to be delivered from the project or investment itself.  We lack the tools and models to understand how investments become business value.

This live online series of five  2.5-hour seminars addresses that gap.  It will provide you with models to define and communicate value, understand how value is created from investment decisions, and tools to communicate value for both individual investments/projects and portfolios of past or future investments.  It will place these models in context of existing management and governance functions.
