Caroline Kealey is an executive facilitator, trainer, and team coach specializing in change leadership and strategic communications. For more than 25 years, she has been the trusted go-to advisor for global leaders navigating complex, high-stakes transformations across the public and private sectors.
As founder and principal of Results Map®, Caroline helps leaders and teams find clarity, alignment, and momentum in the face of uncertainty. Renowned for her ability to translate complexity into insight, she designs high-impact interventions that unlock confidence, coherence, and sustained results. Recognized as a pioneer in the field of change communications, Caroline is the author of an extensive body of work — including books, articles, white papers, and frameworks on change leadership and strategic communications. As the developer of the Results Map® methodology, she has codified a practical, field-tested system for strategic communications and change used by thousands of professionals worldwide. She is also the founder and director of the Leading Through Chaos and Change and Leadership Development Program for Communicators cohort programs at the University of Ottawa. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Program in Leading Organizational Change, she is a Certified Change Management Professional (CMP) and Conner Partners–certified in Strategy Execution. Caroline is fluently bilingual and holds a B.A. with Highest Honours in Communications and an M.A. in Political Science.
