HR Leadership Roundtable

Business Transformation, Strategic KPIs and People-Centric Change Management

Event Overview

Hosted by the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute

Canadian organizations are navigating constant change and rising expectations. Success today is measured by productivity, innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Achieving these goals takes more than leadership and strategy, it requires a people-first approach to business transformation and to ensure readiness for change.

This roundtable will show how Human Resources drives performance by applying systemic thinking and business insight. HR professionals can shape outcomes, guide leaders through transformation, and ensure success is achieved.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will then take part in an interactive case study, practicing how to assess organizational health, set KPI-driven priorities, and design people strategies that deliver enterprise-wide results.
