Lydia Di Francesco, MBA, CWHP-P is an award-winning, bilingual workplace wellness strategist, facilitator, and keynote speaker with decades of leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a MBA from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Workplace Health and Performance Practitioner. Her expertise in crafting health and performance strategies has become a keystone for enhancing employee well-being.

As the founder of Fit + Healthy 365, Lydia’s impressive portfolio includes partnerships with notable private sector entities such as Rio Tinto, Entertainment One, National Arts Centre, Giatec, and Invest Ottawa, as well as City of Ottawa, and over 25 federal government departments including ISED, Finance Canada, ESDC, Environment Canada, Public Health Agency, and Health Canada.

Beyond her consulting work, Lydia is a recurrent wellness expert on TV and a published author in national and local publications. She is a staunch advocate for mental health, and her contributions to the business and health communities were recognized when she was named Businesswoman of the Year by the Women’s Business Network of Ottawa in 2023.

Lydia’s workshops and presentations are infused with her action-oriented, practical philosophy, empowering individuals and organizations to sustain healthy workplaces.
